1.Control system:

10.4'' color LCD touchable panel, all kinds of data are showed on and modification possible trhough touching the screen together with keyboard operation.We provide you U disk to input and output pattern data.The memory on the machine is 64M. It could be extended to 1G,thus large amout of patterns can be stored and selected to knit. The pattern design system is easy handing and used of free, even more upgrading available.

2. Carriage structure:

Due to the aluminum alloy molded carriage, the sluggishness of  carriage during running is rudeced for its small weight, and knitting speed can be substantially increased.The two-arm-structure also improve the reigidity of carriage, provides much more working stability to the machine.

3. Cam system:

The conformation of the cam system is quiet ompact, actions such as knitting, tucking,on knitting, loop delivering, loop taking are all concentrated in one cam system, whithin one system, "knit","tuck", or "no knit" is carried out, and the ioop transferring or taking is independent of carriage direction.

4. Yarn Storage of yarn supplier(option):

Especially suitable to knit yarns with low strength such as worsted yarn, rabbit hair yarn,high count cotton yarn.

5. Neelde plate composed needle bar:

Needle bed composed of needle plates is extremely firm.When needle crash encounted, needle beds could be recovered by changing needle plate instead of replacing the whole bed, hence to minimize the economic lose.

6. Mian roller:

Stepping  motor controlled 32 seletable levels, each level has a range of 0~99 to be adjusted. Copperating with sinkers, full-fashioned garment could be knitted.

7. knitting system:

Double cam system, single carriage (for 5/7/12/14 needle)

8. Knitting Function

i can realize manifold knitting methods, such as "knif","tuck","no knit" and "loop transfer" etc. Due to the Three-way-technique it could finish "knit","tuck" or "no knit" in one can system.

9. racking

Servo motor driven, man 2-inch racking in left or right, 1/2,1/4,3/4 pitch also avaliable from any position, and slight error can be compensated by fine-tuning function.With two cam systems,loops can be simultaneously transferred to front or rear bed, independent of carriage direction.

10. sinker system

Moveable revolving sinkers on both neede beds make the bulge fabric and full fashioned fabric knittable on the machine, even without any old loop(add, minus needle)

11. sitch density

Stepping motor driven,24 selectable levels, the stitch cam can be adjusted within 5mm

12. needle selection

Eight level full jacquard selection via special solenoid actuators.

13. Yarn Carrier

Eight yarn carrier can be dropped off at any position of carrier rail according to program setting

Main roller , moment motor controlled, 24 selectable levels, each level has a range of 0~99 to be adjusted sub roller cooperate with sinkersto knit full-fashioned garment.
