    TNB series of computerized embroidery machines are developed by Northphenix Company which are market-oriented home and abroad. The product works with high efficiency and high-accuracy, which are widely put into use of embroidery of clothing, handbag, shoes, cap and work of art.

Main Features and Functions:    1 Easy operation for color LCD display.    2 Adoption of A/C servo motor or induction motor reinforcing the main shaft drive and greatly improving the smoothness of rotation as well as reliability.    3 Adoption of the advanced technology of subsection control making the frame movement more stable and smooth, efficiently decrease the vibration and noise to the lowest level.    4 Utilization of the parts with high precision enabling the whole machine to run at high speed and further prolonging its life span.    5 Use of the structure of upper thread holders with one power drive fulfilling the upper thread holding of whole machine stably and reliably. Largely reduce the noise to the lower level.    6 Automatic color-change, trimming, redeeming embroidery, thread breakage check.    7 The build-in 3.5 floppy disk drive available for Tajima and Barudan format.    8 The basic capacity of the system is up to 1,000,000 stitch(could be extended according to customers requirement),equivalent to 200 designs.    9 Function of the editing design such as pantograph, condensation, deleting and duplication, performance of petition embroidery, cycling embroidery and bulk embroidery.    10 Function of being protected and recovered after power off.
